Turn error reporting in global settings to highest to see if an error will be displayed. Open k2 paramaters on the site and click save if you havent already changed and saved them post a link to the site that is thorwing the blank pages

I think adjusting the resolution of the monitor or the screen should do the trick. Changing the size of the popup might require deep knowledge and hacking.
